Job Summary

As a Senior Design Lead specializing in CAD Software, you will oversee multiple design teams to establish and uphold organizational design standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Cad Software Expertise To Create And Refine Design Models, Ensuring Products Are Intuitive And User-Friendly, Thereby Contributing To Seamless User Experiences.

2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance On Best Practices In Cad Applications And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions Aligned With Business Goals.

3. Present Innovative Design Concepts To Stakeholders, Effectively Communicating The Design Vision And Strategy While Influencing Key Decisions On Product Development.

4. Research And Analyze Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Cad Software, Driving Innovation And Excellence In Design Practices Across Teams.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Cad Software (E.G., Autocad, Solidworks), With A Strong Understanding Of 3D Modeling And Design Principles.

2. Solid Knowledge Of System And Equipment Design, With A Focus On Design For Manufacturing And Assembly (Dfma).

3. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Design Concepts To Diverse Audiences.

4. Strong Leadership Skills, Demonstrating The Capability To Guide And Inspire Design Teams Towards Achieving High-Quality Results.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications Include Autodesk Certified Professional, Solidworks Certification, Or Equivalent Credentials In Cad Design.
