About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript to build and maintain robust automation frameworks for modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end test automation, CI/CD integration, and delivering high-quality software in Agile environments. Exposure to AI/ML-based testing or AI-powered automation tools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright.
Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Continuously improve automation processes and testing best practices.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in QA Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience with API testing and web application automation.
Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-powered testing tools.
Experience with test reporting frameworks and cloud-based testing platforms.
Familiarity with performance or security testing is a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
