Job Summary

We are seeking a PLM Support lead Engineer to provide L1/ L2-level application support for ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE platforms within a managed services environment

Key Responsibilities

Lead the L1 service desk team

Provide L1/ L2 application support including Incident, Service Request and Problem Management.

Manage user provisioning, onboarding, permissions and security compliance.

Coordinate with other support teams.

Deliver incident reports and SLA tracking.

Maintain knowledge base and support quarterly KM reporting.

Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Skill Requirements

ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE support experience, PLM data model understanding, ITIL processes, user access management.

Exposure to Control-M, automation tools, multi-PLM environments,Amazon Connect.

Other Requirements

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
