Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and modern microservices architecture.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support enterprise-level applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in backend software engineering or Java development roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.

Relevant cloud or Java certifications.
