Experiencia gestionando flujos automatizados (idealmente de cobros o post-venta). Deseable experiencia en fintech, créditos, suscripciones o productos digitales, trabajando con equipos de cobranzas. Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y optimizar campañas. Organización y atención al detalle. Uso previo de IA para optimización de mensajes o análisis.
