About the role

Objetivo:

Maximizar la recuperación de la cartera en mora mediante la negociación efectiva, el objetivo es normalizar el flujo de efectivo de la organización, asegurando la fidelización del cliente y el cumplimiento estricto de las metas de recuperación mensuales.

Requisitos:

2 años de experiencia en gestión de cobro y cartera vencida

De preferencia en el sector de microfinanzas o banca

Servicio al cliente, técnicas de negociación persuasiva y manejo de objeciones

Moto propia y licencia M vigente

100% trabajo de campo y viajar a zonas rurales o municipios aledaños

Disponibilidad para viajar

Residir en área de cobertura

Ofrecemos:

Sueldo base Q 4,500.00
