Product Manager

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to lead Kyivstar Identity Provider (KIP) – the unified identity layer that powers the entire Kyivstar Group consumer ecosystem. In this role, you will own the product end-to-end: strategy, P&L as the ecosystem develops, KPIs and OKRs, roadmap prioritization, partner integrations, stakeholder management at C-level, customer development, and the user-facing surfaces of KIP. Your goal is to make KIP the operational instrument that turns the Kyivstar Group portfolio into a real ecosystem.

You will join an experienced team – engineers, designers, business analysts, QA specialists, product analysts, security, and reliability – that is already building KIP and has integrated the first wave of products. We are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable with ambiguity, who drives ideas through to outcomes rather than waiting for direction, who can hold their position in architectural and commercial debates, and who treats active partner relationships as an organizational challenge rather than an excuse. About the product KIP is the identity and consent layer for the Kyivstar Group consumer ecosystem. It is built on OAuth 2.0 and is the platform every consumer product in the portfolio authenticates against. It enables cross-product use cases – frictionless onboarding across products, contextual personalization, unified subscriptions, portfolio-wide CVM – that are structurally impossible without a unified identity layer.
