Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.
Learn end-to-end IT recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of IT roles (preferred)
LinkedIn & job portal sourcing
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to learn recruitment
Eligibility:
MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate
Freshers or students looking for an HR/Recruitment internship
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
