Visual Arts Coach

We're seeking an experienced visual arts coach to work with artists looking to sharpen their craft and grow their careers. This role includes teaching visual arts techniques, artistic expression, and art history, as well as guiding students through exhibition planning and art marketing to help them present and sell their work. Coaches also support skill building and the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy, as well as freelancing for those pursuing independent artistic work. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a visual artist, prior teaching or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students grow both their craft and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
