Human Resources Coach

We're seeking an experienced human resources coach to work with professionals looking to grow their careers in HR. This role includes guidance on HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, as well as helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter. Coaches also help clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, behavioral interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building. Ideal candidates have hands-on HR or people operations experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
