What you’ll do

Explore and conceptualise design solutions. Lead, develop and take a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions.

As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.

Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned.

Evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.

Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.

Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.

Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

An impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation and development.

Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.

An ability to build strong working relationship, internally and externally.

Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.

Native Japanese Language skills, strong knowledge of Japanese typography.
