What you’ll do

Lead and inspire design teams to deliver high-impact, strategy-driven creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations.

Collaborate with Creative Directors and peers to shape future creative vision and drive the development of bold, breakthrough ideas.

Provide constructive critique and strategic guidance to refine concepts, ensuring alignment with briefs and competitive differentiation.

Mentor and develop junior team members while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver transformative, successful projects.

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading cross-disciplinary teams within a branding or design agency, managing projects from concept through to full delivery.

Strong creative impact with the ability to oversee and execute end-to-end project delivery to a high standard.

Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.

Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
