Vanuit het project Modernisering Interne Bedrijfsvoering (MIB) zijn we op zoek naar ondersteuning van een ervaren Business Analist op het vlak van HRM. Op dit moment vindt er een implementatie plaats van onze ERP systemen voor Finance, Inkoop en HRM naar een SaaS applicatie. Op dit vlak zoeken we een Business Analist met inhoudelijke kennis die hulp kan bieden aan de functionele stromen zoals is opgezet binnen het project MIB, denk aan arbeidsvoorwaarden, werving en selectie en leren & ontwikkelen. We zoeken iemand die multi-inzetbaar is en sterk is in schakelen met verschillende en belangrijke stakeholders. Kennis van de verschillende stromen en ervaring met onderzoek, impactanalyses opstellen en werken volgens de SAFe/Agile methode om zo tijdig de nieuwe SaaS applicatie in productie te krijgen, is een vereiste om dit tot een succes te kunnen brengen.

Eisen

Hbo werk- en denkniveau.

Kennis van HRM en gerelateerde systemen en processen.

Minstens 3+ jaar ervaring als Business Analist met kennis van ERP-implementaties.

Beschikbaar per direct of zo snel mogelijk.

Bekend met Agile werken en SAFe.
