About the role

We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the Talent Acquisition Team! The position will be based in our Frankfurt office. About the Job The Talent Acquisition team sits within Human Resources and partners with hiring managers globally to define role requirements, attract and assess qualified candidates, and enable timely, evidence-based hiring decisions. The team manages the candidate journey and coordinates with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent, compliant end-to-end recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. As a Working Student - Talent Acquisition Early Careers, you will support the administration and coordination of recruitment activities for interns and working students while contributing to AllianzGI’s Early Careers initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues across Human Resources to help deliver an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. What you do

Coordinate the administrative recruitment process for interns and working students, ensuring accurate and timely completion of each process step

Create and maintain job requisitions in SuccessFactors Recruiting, including role details, approval information and posting data

Configure screening questionnaires and video-assessment steps in SuccessFactors Recruiting to support consistent candidate pre-screening

Draft and refine clear, inclusive job advertisements using the approved text-enhancement tool

Support the coordination of interview logistics, including scheduling, meeting-room bookings and candidate travel reimbursements, and administer employee referrals

Publish vacancies on approved external job boards and advise hiring teams on promoting roles through channels such as university job boards

Prepare and analyse recruitment reports using SuccessFactors data, Power BI and other approved reporting tools to track key hiring metrics

Support delivery of the AllianzGI Early Careers Framework by contributing content to the AGIle Talent Network, coordinating alumni-network activities, and organising and attending university and careers fairs and events.

What you bring

Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field of study

Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment

First working experience in Human Resources is an advantage

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Experience with Excel, Power BI and the SuccessFactors Recruiting module is a plus

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and intercultural understanding

High service orientation

Fluent in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus

Ability to manage confidential data and information

Right to work in Germany

Motivation for working in Talent Acquisition

Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
