About the role
Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication. Regional language and English Proven experience in volume hiring Recruitment agencies / vendor management Familiarity with collections, BFSI, or operations-led recruitment (preferred) Proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking Ability to maintain trackers and Hiring MIS Strong ownership, follow-through, and execution focus Ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven, compliant environment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding for the location Recruit for frontline collections, TCO / FCO , team leaders, QA, analysts, and support roles Source candidates, referrals, vendors, and walk-ins Maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles Collaborate with operations and functional leaders to align on workforce plans and expectations Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality standards, and compensation guidelines
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
