About the role
Job Title: QC Executive
Location: Near Bavla, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification:
B.Sc. / Diploma / Graduate / ITI
Good academic record (First Class and above preferred)
Eligibility:
Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle
Ready to work 8–12 hour shifts, including night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Incoming raw material inspection
In-process and final quality inspection
Ensure inspections are carried out as per standard procedures
Maintain accurate quality records
Identify and report non-conformities
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Coordinate with operators to prevent recurring quality issues
Train staff on quality standards and procedures
Required Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong record-keeping skills
Ability to identify quality defects
Willingness to learn
Precision and consistency in work
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
