Safety and Security Officer

Job Title: Safety and Security Officer Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety and Security Officer to join our team. This role is critical in developing, implementing, and monitoring aviation safety and security programs that align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain aviation safety and security policies and procedures.

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CAAP, ICAO, IATA) and company standards.

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and security inspections across operations.

Investigate and report safety incidents, hazards, and security breaches; recommend corrective actions.

Deliver safety and security awareness training for employees and stakeholders.

Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and airport authorities on compliance matters.

Maintain safety and security documentation, manuals, and records in accordance with industry standards.

Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Safety Management, Security Management, or related field.

Knowledgeable about civil aviation safety and security regulations is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Based in or near Subic; must be willing to relocate before the start of employment.
