Sales Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Report Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, collect, and analyze data from various sources.

Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights using data analysis tools and software.

Prepare reports and dashboards that present key findings and business insights.

Present reports and recommendations to managers and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide accurate data solutions.

Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Develop, maintain, and improve reporting templates and dashboards.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis.

Recommend process improvements for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).

Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is an advantage.

Knowledge of SQL and database management is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with large datasets.

Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

First month - onsite

Succeeding month - Hybrid | Onsite 3x a week but subject to change depends on the Manager

Monday to Friday / Saturday work schedule

8x5 (Regular and Rest Day OT, Holiday, Night Differential work

schedule not include)

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
