Senior Product Manager/Owner – Data & Brokerage Commissions

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise brokerage commission and compensation platforms. This role will drive modernization of commission systems, data products, reporting, and operational capabilities that support advisor compensation, brokerage operations, and financial analytics.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and enhancing commission calculation engines, compensation platforms, and data-driven solutions within brokerage, wealth management, or financial services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for brokerage commissions, advisor compensation, and reporting solutions.

Lead development of commission calculation, payout, reconciliation, incentive, and adjustment capabilities.

Partner with business, operations, finance, and technology teams to define priorities and deliver value.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable product features and user stories.

Drive Agile delivery, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder communication.

Establish data and reporting capabilities that improve transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Champion automation, process simplification, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Technology experience.

Experience with brokerage commissions, advisor compensation, or incentive management systems.

Proven experience implementing or modernizing commission calculation platforms.

Strong understanding of brokerage operations, compensation models, payouts, and financial reporting.

Experience working with Agile teams and enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services experience.

Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, and API-based architectures.

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or CSPO certification.

Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$94,900 - $130,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
