Job Description:

We are looking for a Supply Planning & Customer Operations Specialist to drive demand-supply alignment, capacity planning, and customer delivery commitments. The role will act as the key interface between internal stakeholders, customers, and manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless production ramp-up, supply continuity, and on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Share customer forecasts with manufacturing partners and secure timely supply commitments to support production and delivery plans.

Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring effective communication, operational alignment, and readiness during product ramp-up phases.

Conduct regular Capacity to Build (CTB) reviews to validate production readiness and confirm supply commitments.

Monitor material availability, production capacity, and supply chain constraints; proactively identify and escalate risks that may impact delivery schedules.

Track adherence to committed supply plans and drive recovery actions for delayed orders or supply shortfalls.

Maintain end-to-end visibility across demand forecasts, supply plans, production readiness, inventory status, and shipment schedules.

Monitor customer-facing KPIs and service metrics, ensuring performance targets are consistently achieved.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to support business objectives.

Manage purchase orders (POs), order fulfillment status, and customer delivery commitments.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Production Planning, Customer Operations, or Materials Management.

Strong knowledge of Capacity to Build (CTB) reviews, supply planning processes, and PO management.

Experience in coordinating with manufacturing plants, suppliers, or external manufacturing partners.

Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive mitigation plans.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with EMS/CM (Contract Manufacturing) partners.

Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

Exposure to supply chain analytics and reporting tools.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Key Success Metrics

Forecast and supply plan adherence.

Customer delivery performance and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics.

CTB readiness and production ramp-up effectiveness.

Reduction in supply disruptions and material shortages.

Customer satisfaction and KPI achievement.
