Business Group Operations & Executive Support Specialist
Overview
Analog Devices is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Group Operations & Executive Support Specialist to support Business Unit leadership in driving operational excellence. This role combines executive support, business operations, analytics, stakeholder management, and process improvement to enhance business effectiveness and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leadership calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and administrative activities.
Coordinate leadership reviews, town halls, business meetings, and action tracking.
Drive business operations by partnering with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Recruiting teams.
Maintain and analyze key metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
Create presentations, business insights, and data-driven recommendations.
Plan and execute leadership events, offsites, employee engagement activities, and customer visits.
Identify automation opportunities and improve operational processes using Microsoft Copilot and productivity tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Executive Administration, Business Operations, PMO, Chief of Staff, or similar roles.
Strong stakeholder management and executive support experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
