About the Role Join a global Silicon organization of 400+ people as the foundational operations data analyst supporting rapid growth. In this role, you’ll build and organize datasets of technical skills across teams, enabling leadership to understand resourcing, pinpoint staffing and skill gaps, and drive smarter hiring. You’ll also develop AI-powered tools to forecast software licensing costs and automate reporting, helping the business move faster and make better decisions. You’ll regularly interface with senior leaders, HR, Finance, and program leads worldwide, gaining exposure across borders and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Structure & Organization: Build and maintain operational datasets to track technical skills, staffing, and capacity across the global organization
Insight Generation: Use AI-powered business tools to analyze resourcing, hiring, and skill gaps; deliver actionable reports for leadership
Forecasting & Automation: Create scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions that automate reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic operational planning.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key interface across Operations, HR, Finance, and program leads; gather, validate, and synthesize data from diverse sources
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to ensure data quality and support high-priority business decisions
Presentation & Communication: Prepare and present findings to senior and global leaders in concise, clear formats
Must Have Skills
Data Structures & Storage: Understanding of basic data structures and storage techniques; able to build and organize datasets for analysis
AI-Driven Analysis: Experience using AI-powered business tools for reporting, forecasting, or scenario modeling (no custom AI development required)
Data Synthesis: Ability to collect, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources and teams
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating and presenting to leadership
Global Mindset: Comfortable working across regions and with global stakeholders
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of related experience
Experience in a growing, matrixed, or global organization
Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Interest in workflow automation and process improvement
Should be AI savvy and able to build automation using AI tools

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $131,285 to $190,108.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
Compensation
This Operations role pays $131k-$190k/yr. Within typical range for operations roles in United States.
