Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Core Backend Language: C#

Backend Framework: .NET / .NET Core

Database Management: PostgreSQL (Postgres)

API Architecture: REST APIs (Design, Integration, and Development)

Emerging Technology Focus: AI Agent Development (hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures)

DevOps & Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes

Good to have:

Frontend Technologies: React.js or Angular (component-based UI development)

Specialized Backend Tooling: MATLAB

High-Performance Communication Protocols: gRPC

Advanced Container Orchestration: Helm / Helm Charts

Engineering Best Practices: Application security, database performance tuning, and active participation in peer code reviews.

Agile Methodology: Experience collaborating with cross-functional squads, estimating story points, and translating business requirements into clean, testable code.
