What you will be doing:

Performing a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory

Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the results

Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance

Documenting procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges

Ensuring strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures

Protein Expression

Responsible for resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO

Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis and documentation of the results

Operate bioreactors, centrifuges and prepare buffers and reagents

Protein Purification

Purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and other methods

Formulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements

Responsible for filling-in and verifying records related to purification experiment

Use Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques to assess the quality, quantity, and identity of the purified proteins

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry etc

Some familiarity in the use of various laboratory equipment and instrumentation

Good technical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate and precise work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Available to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends
