The Software Project Specialist will provide specialist support with regards to the Elekta software solutions delivery and consulting services engagements.

Software Project Specialist is part of the Software Consultancy team and has expertise knowledge about the Elekta software solutions delivery and are expected to take ownership for the overall success of the software implementation by acting as the point of escalation for internal and external customers, while demonstrating Elekta quality standards.

The role performer will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders in the region, such as Order Fulfillment teams as well as Sales and Service functions to deliver a seamless customer experience regarding solution implementation and further utilization, overseeing the customer satisfaction for the Elekta Software Solution.

Software Project Specialist is responsible for defining of client IT solution requirements and providing technical documentation.
