About the Job:

Support the entire Israeli payroll process including collecting, validating, and updating data in payroll systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality

handling onboarding and terminations processes and paperwork.

Continuous updates of Hilan payroll system and employee’s database.

Act as a point of reference on payroll related questions and requests – in a professional and helpful manner.

Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces – HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.

Requirements:

Certified Payroll Controller and attendance in tutorials and seminars - must.

2-3 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process.

Proficiency with payroll-related systems and software –MS Excel (must), Hilan (preferable).

Desire to learn and specialize in the fields of Israeli’s salary: personal income tax, labour laws and social benefits.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.

Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Hebrew.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, Customer service oriented.

Strong personal ethics.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Motivated, fast learner, and responsible.
