Job Description:
The Marketing Growth Manager is responsible for developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and external agencies to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
