The Strategic Account Manager is an experienced account manager responsible for proactively developing client relationships to sustain and increase revenue. Duties include handling customer inquiries, finding solutions, and working relentlessly with other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Focus is primarily on larger or strategic, key accounts and partnerships.
