Act as a key day-to-day liaison with the co-source audit partner

Review audit working papers and reports produced by the co-source provider to ensure quality and consistency

Support the delivery of hybrid audit engagements, working collaboratively across internal and external teams

Contribute to the annual audit planning process, ensuring alignment with key risk priorities

Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and senior management across the business

Support the development and continuous improvement of internal audit practices and methodologies

Promote the value and impact of Internal Audit across Arup

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing function at a formative stage, where you will have the ability to shape processes, influence strategy, and make a meaningful impact. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
