General Manager – Transformation (E5.2)

Role Summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned General Manager – Transformation to lead strategic transformation initiatives across business operations, service delivery, and digital enablement. The role will drive operational excellence, process optimization, automation, and organizational change to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise transformation strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead large-scale transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence programs.

Drive adoption of digital technologies, AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics solutions.

Establish governance, KPIs, and value realization frameworks for transformation initiatives.

Partner with senior leadership and clients to identify and implement business improvement opportunities.

Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and operating models.

Track and deliver business benefits including productivity improvements, cost savings, and customer satisfaction enhancements.

Build and lead high-performing transformation teams.

Required Experience & Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Transformation, Consulting, Operations, or Business Excellence.

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Strong stakeholder management experience with senior executives and clients.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
