Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for reporting issues within IT Group Production

Provide functional support for existing ServiceNow reports and dashboards

Ensure daily availability and reliability of reporting outputs

Monitor scheduled reports and automated distributions

Perform data reconciliation when discrepancies are identified

Context analysis (actors, processes, customers, …)

Build and propose action plans

Good practice of Data Management tools

Technical and functional documentation

Maintain up-to-date support documentation

Document recurring issues and remediation actions

Contribute to knowledge base updates

Handover to Paris teams if knowledge and skills are not available in ISPL

Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute to the Operational Dashboards production with Paris teams

Contribute to answer requests to under the IT Group Data

Help build team spirit and integrate into BNP Paribas culture

Contribute to continuous improvement actions

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services align with business needs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must to have Skills-

At least 3 years of experience on ServiceNow which also includes reports and dashboards.

ServiceNow CSA Certification.

Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)

Technical Skills:

o Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting and ITSM modules.

o Understanding of ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks & tools

o Understanding of IT Production environment

o SQL

o Data Analysis skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Experience in support environment (L1/L2)

Knowledge of data quality controls
