As a Field Marketer, you'll be the first connection between our company and potential customers—engaging homeowners in the community, generating qualified leads, and helping drive our continued growth.

What You'll Do

- Connect with homeowners through neighborhood canvassing and local events.

- Start conversations about our products and services to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

- Build positive relationships while representing the Closet America brand professionally.

- Meet or exceed individual lead generation goals.

- Accurately document customer interactions and lead information.

- Collaborate with your team to support marketing events and community outreach.

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales, customer service, canvassing, retail, or promotional marketing experience preferred.

- Outgoing personality with confidence starting conversations with new people.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Organized with attention to detail.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to work outdoors while walking neighborhoods and standing for extended periods.

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
