ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Install Associate, you’ll help transform our customers’ homes by creating organization, beauty, and joy in every project. You’ll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to quickly grow your skills—with the goal of advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll assist in delivering flawless installations that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)

- Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies

- Handle and transport materials safely—indoors and outdoors—in all weather conditions

- Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards

- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates

- Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Valid driver’s license required

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types

- Strong attention to detail—accuracy to the millimeter

- Organized, systematic, and solutions-oriented approach to work

- Professional communication skills and customer service mindset

- Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces
