Primary Responsibilities
Own and manage technical architecture and support for key enterprise applications, ensuring stability and performance.
Translate business requirements into system designs, enhancements, and actionable technical solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, product, and engineering) to deliver system updates and resolve issues.
Partner with vendors to support platform implementation, optimization, and contract-related activities.
Support ongoing transformation initiatives and drive alignment through governance, communication, and shared forums.
Prior Experience, Industry Background & Domain Expertise
Experience working in enterprise technology environments, preferably supporting HR, Talent Acquisition, CRM, or other business-critical platforms.
Experience with large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives, including system migrations and digital transformation programs.
Experience working with vendor-driven ecosystems and third-party SaaS solutions.
Experience in highly matrixed, regulated, or global organizations.
Domain expertise in recruiting technology, workforce systems, or customer/candidate engagement platforms.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
AI Skills
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and generative AI.
Experience working with AI-enabled features within enterprise applications such as automation, candidate matching, and chatbots.
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI to improve business processes, efficiency, and user experience.
Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and AI-driven outcomes.
Strong curiosity and adaptability to keep up with emerging AI trends and technologies.
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, data analysis, decision-making, and delivery quality.
Maintain awareness of evolving AI capabilities and apply them appropriately to business and technology initiatives.
