We are seeking a proactive and accomplished HR professional to join our HR Governance team in a key role focused on driving process excellence and HR initiatives. In this 9-month position, you will play a central role in optimizing core HR processes and policies while collaborating closely with global stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. With a blend of strategic insight and operational rigor, the team is accountable for critical HR governance activities and delivering high-quality analytics and reports to senior leadership.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Support the development, documentation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of HR processes and governance frameworks, with particular emphasis on consequence management (disciplinary procedures).

Partner in the end-to-end management of global disciplinary cases, including coordination across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams worldwide, ensuring adherence to policy and timely resolution

Produce high-quality deliverables for senior leadership, including data-driven reports, presentations, and concept papers.

Contribute actively to HR-wide projects and initiatives

Organize, facilitate and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions

YOUR PROFILE

Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced certification or specialization in HR Management is highly desirable.

3–6 years of relevant HR or business management experience, preferably within the financial services sector or a multinational organization.

Solid understanding of HR principles, employment regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Experienced in managing complex, sensitive HR processes—with proven ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.

Skilled in data collection, analysis, and visualization

Proficient MS Office skills, particularly advanced in Excel and compelling PowerPoint storytelling.

Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately, competently, and professionally
