Configure and integrate UPS, PDU, and SNMP-based monitoring solutions.

Coordinate implementation activities with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, and third-party vendors.

Participate in maintenance windows, migration activities, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.

Ensure all work follows established security, change management, and operational standards.

Essential Criteria

5+ years' experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP networking, VLANs, subnetting, and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies.

Experience supporting enterprise network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes.

Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise switching platforms.

Experience supporting firewall environments, security policies, NAT, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and network service dependencies.

Experience troubleshooting complex network performance and connectivity issues.

Experience working with physical infrastructure including racks, structured cabling, patch panels, optics, UPS systems, and PDUs.

Ability to produce and maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams.

Experience coordinating technical activities across cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Criteria

Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification.

Palo Alto Networks certification or significant hands-on experience.
