Requisitos

Formação

Ensino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Experiência com sustentação de sistemas corporativos de RH.

Conhecimento do sistema Senior HCM, preferencialmente nos módulos de Folha de Pagamento e Administração de Pessoal.

Experiência com integrações entre sistemas (APIs, Web Services, arquivos de integração ou middleware).

Conhecimento do Workday será considerado um diferencial.

Vivência com banco de dados e consultas SQL.

Conhecimento em ITIL, gestão de incidentes e gestão de mudanças.

Competências comportamentais

Perfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas.

Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes internos e fornecedores.

Organização e gestão de prioridades.

Proatividade e senso de dono.

Facilidade para atuar em ambientes multiculturais e em contato com times globais.

Capacidade de traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções tecnológicas.

Diferenciais

Experiência com projetos de implantação ou integração entre sistemas de RH.

Vivência em empresas multinacionais.
