Partnership Account Manager

Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partnerships Account Manager within our corporate payments division. This position falls under our Alpha Group line of business located in Amsterdam, Jordaan. In this role, you will deal with internal stakeholders from across our legal, compliance and operational teams to support our partners from onboarding throughout their journey with us. You will report directly to the Head of Alternative Banking and regularly collaborate with the Alpha Sales & Partnership teams.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Managing day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts to ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations

Supporting customer retention by responding to service needs, coordinating issue resolution, and monitoring account activity

Analyzing account performance, service metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Coordinating with Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve account issues and deliver agreed solutions

Preparing account reviews, customer communications, and service summaries for internal and external stakeholders

Identifying potential risks, service gaps, or upsell opportunities and escalating appropriately

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and feedback discussions with Partners.

Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is €48,800-73,200 EUR gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
