Job Summary
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis activities that support strategic decision-making and business growth. Working closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders, you will deliver meaningful financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, operating expense management, revenue forecasting, sales compensation administration, and executive reporting. Your analytical mindset and business acumen will help optimize financial performance, identify opportunities, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities
Drive the annual budgeting process and support recurring forecast cycles to ensure accurate financial planning across the business.
Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and headcount, providing meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze monthly budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual performance, identifying key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities while delivering actionable recommendations to business leaders.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to review operating expenses, optimize costs, and improve overall financial performance.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting packages for senior leadership and executive management, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets, evaluate financial performance, and support informed business decisions.
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and long-term business initiatives.
Administer sales compensation processes by tracking sales performance, validating commission attainment, and calculating commission payouts accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with Sales, Payroll, and Human Resources to ensure the integrity and timely execution of commission programs.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and sales compensation processes through automation and process optimization.
Support strategic initiatives, financial analyses, and special projects that contribute to the organization's growth and operational excellence.
5% for potential occasional travel to visit customers or internal meetings

What you offer
Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical, applied way - such as improving workflows, automating tasks, enabling better decision‑making, or increasing impact in prior roles. This does not require deep technical or engineering expertise in AI; we value applied use, experimenting, and a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Experience supporting sales compensation programs and commission calculations is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, PivotTables, Power Query, and scenario analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Partner closely with the sales team, local Controller and other FP&A team mates.

Target compensation for this role will be $115K - $120K USD(mix of base salary and bonus). Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) candidates’ qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
We are not able to consider candidates residing in the state of Hawaii currently.
