Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage production records, supervise workers, and ensure smooth coordination between the factory and Head Office. This role is ideal for fresh Diploma Civil Engineers looking to build a career in manufacturing and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records accurately.
Manage vehicle inward and outward entries.
Track production activities and material consumption.
Supervise daily factory and site operations.
Submit daily and weekly reports to Head Office.
Monitor material requirements and inform the concerned team in advance.
Maintain stock records and warehouse operations.
Handle labor-related issues and ensure smooth workforce management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Support efficient production planning and execution.
Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of production and plant operations.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate activities.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Willingness to work at factory and project sites.
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
