Your role

Support a Senior Manager in the implementation of strategic programs

Develop and present solutions for complex business challenges

Take ownership of your own topics/analyses and drive them forward together with relevant subject-matter experts

Learn, adapt and apply tools and methodologies commonly used in strategy consulting

Collaborate closely with the management team of the Semiconductor Mask Solutions business unit

Receive mentoring from experienced colleagues and former top-tier strategy consultants (ex-MBB), take on responsibility, and gain in-depth insights into the Semiconductor Mask Solutions business

Your profile

You are enrolled in a university degree program, ideally in a technical and/or business-related field, and have an excellent academic track record

Ideally, you have initial experience in delivering strategic projects, e.g. from previous internships in a strategy department or top-management consulting

You bring strong analytical skills and a high degree of executional drive

You have strong creative potential and work independently and in a goal-oriented manner

You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team

You are motivated to work in a highly dynamic team environment

You have good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel

You have business-fluent German and English language skills
