Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our R&D Server team and take a leading technical role in the design and evolution of both new and existing product capabilities. This is a senior individual-contributor position: you will own complex problems end-to-end, set technical direction, and raise the bar for engineering quality across a diverse set of technologies and architectures. This role also carries the responsibility of developing and supporting services within our federal enclave environment, alongside our cloud-based workloads.

This role includes dual, senior-level ownership across two key environments: Owning the design, delivery, and long-term health of features within our federal enclave environment, including judgment calls on compliance, security, and constrained deployment workflows. Architecting, building, and evolving services in our AWS-based production environment, leveraging and helping shape our modern cloud-native tooling and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed senior engineer who loves to self-learn, actively mentors and raises the level of peers, and thrives in an Agile, collaborative, and warm team environment while comfortably operating with a high degree of autonomy.
