In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

We are seeking a highly qualified P-3 Orion Flight Engineer Instructor to support a critical aviation training mission in a professional government-contractor environment.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide classroom and simulator instruction to P-3 flight engineer students, evaluate student proficiency, and support the development and maintenance of training materials, exams, and simulator scenarios. This position plays a key role in ensuring personnel are trained to the highest standards in accordance with applicable operational procedures and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Delivering instruction on P-3 Orion aircraft systems, procedures, and flight engineer operations

Conducting training in classroom and simulator environments

Evaluating student knowledge, competency, and proficiency

Supporting the development and maintenance of lesson plans, quizzes, exams, and grade sheets

Creating realistic, mission-relevant training scenarios

Maintaining subject matter expertise in applicable operator manuals and flight publications

Coordinating training events and supporting simulator user qualification activities

Qualifications:

FAA Flight Engineer Certificate or military equivalent preferred

Recent experience as a P-3 Flight Engineer Instructor

Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and flight operations

Comprehensive understanding of P-3 aircraft systems, avionics, navigation, engines, and mission equipment

Experience instructing in a simulator environment preferred
