The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working on Blue Collar high volume roles in the Engineering Construction space within Monadelphous. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to identify future talent needs and objectives, and to deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.

What you will bring

Previous high volume Blue Collar experience

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to new systems & processes

Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential

Working knowledge of variety of blue collar trades roles highly regarded

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office.
