Job Overview
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support a leading Digital Advertising platform. In this role, you'll troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising campaigns, APIs, backend integrations, and platform configurations. You'll work closely with advertisers and internal technical teams to ensure seamless platform performance and an excellent customer experience.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in API, SQL, AdTech, or ITIL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
Knowledge of REST APIs
Experience with SQL
Familiarity with JSON and XML
Experience working with Webhooks
Knowledge of SDKs
Experience using Ads Manager platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley West, Taguig
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
