About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Visual/UI Designer to craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities

User Interface Design – Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing interfaces for websites and applications.

Graphic & Visual Design – Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.

Responsive & Adaptive Design – Design layouts that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.

Wireframing & Prototyping – Build low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts.

UX Collaboration – Work closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve user experiences.

Style Guides & Design Systems – Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.

Usability & Accessibility – Conduct usability testing and implement accessible design principles.

Iterative Design – Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.

Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

A strong portfolio showcasing visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.

Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.

Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.

Ability to stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Bonus Skills

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
