Your role

Are you collaborative and do you excel at identifying HR solutions? Are you a good relationship manager? Do you know what it takes to identify and attract the best talent for UBS?

We're looking for someone like that to help us:

support human resources functions across Latin American countries

build sustainable relationships with managers and HR business partners

support employee relations and other cases within local legal regulations and UBS requirements

provide HR support to country managers and HR aligned partners

understand and perform process controls within the control framework for example annual review of employee handbook

support all relevant regulatory reporting requirements

support and monitor local immigration processes

manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hiring across all divisions: Asset Management, Investment Bank, Group/Corporate Functions

manage general queries from candidates and hiring managers managing issues appropriately and escalating as required

liaise with HR teams to complete recruitment approval, candidate vetting, offer letter and employment contract creation

Your team

Ideally, you'll be based in Mexico City where you are part of the Americas Small/Medium Sized Country HR team, and will align into our regional HR Service Delivery team.

Your expertise

ideally 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, financial services experience and working within a matrix environment preferred

must be fluent in English and proficiency in Spanish or French a plus

degree/education in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred

experience managing relationships and communicating professionally across all levels

a strong track record of integrity and collaboration while partnering with multiple stakeholders

attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple topics and projects at one time

strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)passionate about the client experience with strong interpersonal skills

comfortable working independently, as well as in a team oriented, collaborative environment

a multitasker, well organized, execution focused and able to thrive when no two days are the same

self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
