Make a meaningful impact in the Autism Community! As an Intake Coordinator you will compassionately guide families through the steps to receive ABA Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the new patient intake phone line to educate prospective clients on services offered by Helping Hands Family.
Communicate with clients in the admissions process on status, timelines and any additional information needed.
Work with families to receive proper paperwork needed to start the intake process, including speaking with office of diagnosing physician if needed.
Work with prospective, new, and existing clients to gather the correct insurance information needed to determine covered services/verification of benefits.
Manage the practice management (PM) system and electronic medical records system (EMR) for data integrity, including entering, organizing, and auditing client data.
Act as a liaison between designated market/clinic locations, families, and insurance as needed.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Previous experience in a related healthcare field preferred
Passion for helping families access support for their children
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Compensation
This Other role pays $42k-$46k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in United States.
