Anytime Fitness – Murrumbeena is on the lookout for an outstanding Club Manager! Our soon to be opening Murrumbeena club will be the next exciting location to join our group of top performing Anytime Fitness Clubs and part of the leading 24/7 fitness franchise worldwide, offering our members a premium and convenient membership experience.

Key Responsibilities
You’re not just into fitness, you’re into leading people, growing a business, and creating a thriving community. What you’ll also do:
Management of day to day Club Operations
Foster an inclusive club culture, emphasing member appreciation and celebrating their achievements
Servicing potential, new & existing members
Lead and manage a team of membership consultants and contract personal trainers, guiding them towards success
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Proactively generate new sales leads to our member base
Ensuring the club is clean, safe, operating efficiently and maintaining compliance standards with security and workplace health & safety
Generate new leads via outreach, member referrals, telephone inquiries, corporate and local outreach and community engagement
Act as a brand ambassador for Anytime Fitness, contributing to its positive image within the local community
Driving marketing and advertising campaigns and managing club social media
Skills Required
You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:
First class customer service
Excellent oral and written communication
Efficient time management & meticulous attention to detail
Computer & Tech literate
Social media savvy (confident on camera)
Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with senior management
Supervisory or Management experience – take initiative and responsibility
Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience required
Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
Strong knowledge of Fitness industry
Previous sales skills are essential
People management experience is a plus
Ability to problem solve & resolve conflict

Essential Qualifications:
Certificate III or IV in fitness (highly desirable not essential)
First Aid/CPR certificate
Blue Card/WWCC
Full-Time availability to work in club
Australian work authorisation required for this position
