Monadelphous is seeking a Project Lead to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division, supporting our long-term pipeline of works in the Karratha region. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support to the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the project team, demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.

Efficiently utilise and manage resources, structure and skills to successfully deliver projects.

Foster and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.

Manage the performance of the Project Engineers and Project Coordinators to achieve targeted project outcomes.

Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance.

What you’ll bring:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills. Previous experience managing multiple white collar direct reports is essential.

Proven project delivery experience with a practical understanding of maintenance and brownfields execution, and the ability to convert strategy, plans and schedules into successful project outcomes.

Structural Integrity/Remediation experience preferred.

Previous experience working with Rio Tinto is highly advantageous.

Proven experience developing schedules and works methodologies.

Strong written and technical skills, with a demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets, construction metrics, and change management.

Strong analytical skills (variations, proposals, business cases, financial analysis).

Proof of right to work in Australia with no restrictions.

Ability to undertake a FIFO roster.
